IEEE No Show PolicyIEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. You may submit your registration on-line (recommended method) or by fax, before Monday, May 3, 2010. After this date, only on-site registration is possible. Registration by e-mail or phone will NOT be accepted. Please make sure to carefully read all the following information, first. REGISTRATION METHODSOn-line RegistrationAttention: Tested for IE8, Firefox, Chrome, Safari. Will not work for Internet Explorer version earlier than 8. Please use another browser or check the version number before registering. On-line registration and payment is highly recommended. Your registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system (SSL encrypted data transfer). On-line registration is now closed. Please come to the on-site registration desk starting Sunday, 30 May. PAYMENT METHODSAll payments must be made in Euros. Registration fees can be remitted by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard are acceptable). Only credit card and cash payments will be accepted on site. No other type of payment will be accepted.
AttentionYour confirmation email will serve as your receipt until you receive a hard copy at the conference registration desk.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICYCancellations must be made in writing, either by fax (+1 312 604 7376) or e-mail (iscas-reg{at}amg-corp.com WITH carbon copy to secretariat{at}iscas2010.org). The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:
All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the end of the conference. |
